Central Campus of Technology

Established in 1972 as the Institute of Applied Science and Technology (IASTEC) and later designated as the Central Campus of Technology (CCT) under Tribhuvan University, Central Campus of Technology is Nepal's pioneering institution for food technology education, located in Dharan-14, Hattisar, Sunsari. With a rich history spanning over five decades, the campus has played a significant role in producing highly skilled professionals in food technology, microbiology, nutrition, information technology, and applied sciences. Guided by its vision of becoming a Deemed University of Food Science and Technology and a leading research center for post-harvest technology in the SAARC region, CCT is committed to excellence in teaching, research, innovation, and community service.
