Janamaitri Campus (JMC)

Janamaitri Multiple Campus (JMC), established in 1991 A.D. (2047 B.S.), is a leading non-profit community campus located in Kuleshwor, Kathmandu. Founded by a group of academicians, intellectuals, and social workers, the campus has been providing quality higher education for over three decades. Affiliated with Tribhuvan University, JMC became the first campus in Kathmandu Valley to receive the Quality Assurance and Accreditation (QAA) certification from the University Grants Commission (UGC). The campus is committed to delivering affordable, practice-based education in a supportive academic environment while promoting academic excellence, social responsibility, and inclusiveness. It also provides scholarships to meritorious, economically disadvantaged, marginalized, and differently abled students, ensuring equal access to education.
